Feature

Bid, dial and confirm on the same hot path.

Ping trees give you a few hundred milliseconds. SendAvata uses them to check presence, licensing, wallet cover and line priority — then answers with a bid and the destination that will actually pick up.

What a bid request has to survive

A ping-tree request is a race. The buyer that answers fastest with an acceptable bid gets the call; anyone who answers after the timeout is ignored. Most white-label routers answer the bid first and only then go looking for an agent, which is how you end up winning calls you can't connect.

SendAvata inverts that. Presence is known before the request arrives — agents register with the carrier, so online means the softphone will ring. Licensing is a state list on the agent. Wallet cover is a number in the ledger. The bid is computed from those facts, and the destination is the winning agent's number or SIP URI, sent in the same response.

What decides who wins

  • Line eligibility — the agent is on the line (open lines are self-serve; invite-only lines need your grant) and not blocked.
  • State — the caller's state is in the agent's licensed set.
  • Cover — the wallet can pay the line's price. An agent in negative balance is locked until they top up.
  • Priority — prepaid tiers on the line rank first; everything else in the order you set.
Design rule
Bid only when you can connect. A won-but-unbridged call costs you a buyer's trust; a passed call costs you nothing.

Dynamic pricing, if you want it

Lines are pinned by default: the price you publish is the price agents pay. If you opt a line into dynamic pricing, SendAvata re-prices it daily to the trailing seven-day average payout per qualified call plus your margin, clamped between a floor and a ceiling you set. Agents see the current price before every shift.

Numbers

Buy DIDs inside the console — they're provisioned on our carrier account and passed through on your invoice — or attach numbers you already own. Each number rings one line directly; add a phone menu (press 1 for…, 2 for…) when a single number needs to fan out.

Presence from the carrier

WebRTC registration, not a browser heartbeat. No phantom seats.

Licensed-state gating

Agents set the states they hold; callers outside them are never routed to them.

Wallet-aware bids

Cover is checked before the bid, so a won call always has a payer.
